Current state of affairs:
As of February 27, 2023 (Monday), there were no searches, warrants and seizures of equipment regarding the MultiVPN service.
The MultiVPN service, at the moment, does not have software on the servers used for tracking service users.
The information available to the MultiVPN service has not been transferred to third parties on any request as part of an investigation or other circumstances.

Yes, there is such a thing as "network neutrality".
This rule was violated by hosting and/or its provider in Ukraine.
We are talking about the UA1 server. The following areas of VPN connection did not work:
